Projects Team

The following people form our dedicated and extremely experienced specialist Projects team who work alongside our 'Direct team' of office based specialist advisors, customer service representatives, order handlers, account managers and web support etc.
Our primary aim is to develop long term partnerships with customers and suppliers alike, ensuring we provide you with the best service, advice and prices possible to ensure you want to do business with us again and again.

Mick started work for ESE in 1976 as a 'lead installer' with responsibility for the running of the sites he was working on and organising of other trade collaboration on our larger projects. He has extensive experience of:

• mezzanine floors
• raised access floors
• office partitioning systems
• fully glazed partitions
• stud partitioning systems
• suspended ceilings
• industrial partitions
• steel partitioning and mesh enclosures
• fire barriers / fire protection
• both static and mobile shelving and racking systems
• retail counters, trade counters and display units
• cloakroom furniture, seating and lockers
• and much more!

Mick joined the sales team in 1999 and, with his enthusiasm for problem solving and the depth of knowledge he has gained through real hands-on experience, he is probably the best person you could ask to visit you to advise you on your specific needs if you are in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and the Midlands.

Paul H joined us in early 2008 to help us cope with demand for our on site advice and services, with responsibility for the design and specification of equipment to meet our customers needs. Prior to joining us he has had in excess of 20+ years of experience within our industry. His main specialities are:

• pedestrian and vehicle protection barrier systems

Paul's enthusiasm for helping to solve problems and his depth of industry knowledge makes him extremely popular with our customers. Paul primarily serves Essex, Hertfordshire, London, Kent, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the South East.

Paul started work for ESE in 1977 as an installer and has extensive experience of:

• glass, plasterboard, stud and frameless partitioning systems
• mf, tegular and lay-in suspended ceiling systems
• mobile / static shelving solutions and racking systems
• changing room equipment and locker room lockers
• trade counters and display units
• mezzanine flooring,
• computer floors
• and fire barriers
• to name just a few!

Paul joined the office-based Projects team in 1999 and, because he has 'actually done' the work he is pricing and organising he can provide the best possible cost engineered solution to your problem, and he has incredible product knowledge and meticulous attention to detail ensuring your project will run as smoothly as is possible.

Mark started work in our industry in 1985 as an estimator specialising in:

• static and mobile industrial shelving
• pallet racking systems
• cantilever racking
• bar racks and tyre racks
• material handling systems
• assembly area organisation
• mezzanine floor
• and more . . . !

Mark joined our office-based Projects team in late 2002 he is an valued and respected member of the team and, with his estimating ability and organisational skills, he provides the best customer service you could imagine and full project trackability from the your initial enquiry to our customer satisfaction follow ups after completion of the project.

We currently have six teams of very experienced and extremely capable installers, all of whom have been working with us for many years, and have their own specialities.

Our main team joined us in 1985. They come from a building industry background and specialise in high quality demountable partitioning systems, office partitioning, industrial partitions, suspended ceilings and timber work like trade counters and display units / dispaly cases. However, they are also extremely experienced in most of our other product ranges such as shelving & racking systems and cloakroom equipment.

Our second team joined us in 1991. They are from a engineering background and specialise in mobile shelving, single and multi-tier shelving systems, cantilever racking, multi-level complex materials handling & garment handling systems and racking repairs.

Our remaining teams are very experienced and extremely diverse in their capabilities. Some of the specialities they cover are mezzanine floors, safety barriers and associated steel constructions, industrial partitioning, fire barriers and protection, locker and cloakroom equipment, materials handling and static shelving & racking systems as well as racking repairs and the rest of our vast product ranges.

Where appropriate, and given enough notice, we can combine several of the teams to increase the size of the workforce on a given project in order to meet deadlines or to cater for many differing speciality requirements.

We also have a number of 'pre-approved' sub-contract suppliers for services we do not provide ourselves. We have used these suppliers for many years, and they are all used to working together as part of our team on the projects under our management and control.
