Building Longspan shelving is very simple. A starter bay can be assembled in minutes, and and extension bay added even quicker. Even the most ambitious schemes are easily realised with Longspan's brilliantly designed clip-together components.
1. Simply stand a frame upright and hook in your pair of beams closest to the floor (maximum 600mm from the floor), stand up the second frame and hook the beams into the same level.
2. Add as many beam levels to the bay as you require starting from the top down and please make sure you put their beam locking clips in place.
3. Add wire beam ties and decking supports if required and lay in chipboard shelving or shelf panels and the bay is ready to go!
4. If you have a run of shelving carryout the same process using one of the frames from the starter bay to build your extension bay from in the same way.
Nothing could be simpler.
