Modular Mesh partition system with superb strength and adaptability, creating a very secure perimeter / compound / enclosure around any area.

Ideal for security compounds or bonded areas within warehouses / stock rooms.

Mesh panels are available in 7 different widths of 200mm, 300mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1m, 1.2m or 1.5m and each panel is 2.2m high as standard. But the panels can be stacked on top of each other to provide full height protection where required whilst still ensuring a truly flexible and demountable system that is ideal for any dynamic secure storage space.

Panels can be reduced in height or cut round obstructions and the exposed edges trimmed with U profiles that fit neatly over the perimeter tubes.

Mesh Partitioning panels bolt directly to each other and to the floor or flexible floor fixings can be used to pick up floor irregularities or just to create a gap between the floor and the partitions and allows rapid installation with the added benefit of easy adaptability / relocation.

Single and Double doors are available in several widths to suit most applications as sliding doors or standard hinged doors with budget padlock fixings or profile cylinder locking for ease of use.

All Mesh partitioning panels are supplied powder coated in Grey RAL7037 finish as standard, however other colours or galvanized mesh panels for outside use or coldroom storage situations are available at additional cost.

Single Skin Steel panels are available glazed if required.

Modular, demountable steel panel systems can be used for a variety of applications within warehouses or factories.

They are ideal for enclosing working areas where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin partitioning system.

Single Skin Steel Panels are also widely used for quality control areas, bonded stores and separation of production / assembly areas.

Single skin steel partitioning is formed by spot welding steel sheet to rolled channel frames of 50mm x 20mm, which provides a cost effective solution with a functional appearance. The steel panels are bolted directly together / to the floor and additional stability is provided using top cap and vertical steel mullions on longer runs.

In addition to the all steel partition panels, mesh or part glazed panels are available, as are drop hatch panels for stores, standard hinged single / double doors and sliding doors.

Standard panel widths are 300mm - 400mm - 500mm - 600mm - 700mm - 800mm - 900mm - 1m x 2.44m - 2.745m - 3.05m - 3.66m high.

Panels can be stacked on top of each other for extremely cost effective full height compartmentalisation.

Standard Metal Partitioning panels are supplied powder coated in a choice of Grey RAL7037 or BS00A05 - Sandstone BS08B17 - White RAL9010 as standard, however other colours are available at additional cost.

Heavy duty steel partitioning comprises of 40mm x 40mm angle framework with sheet steel single skin panels (0.7mm thick sheet for panels up to 1m wide and 0.9mm for 1.2m wide).

HD Steel Partition Panels are bolted directly together / to the floor through the welded angle frames and where additional linear stability is provided a top cap and vertical steel mullions can be used. Because all our steel partitioning systems use modular, demountable steel panels they can be used for a variety of applications within warehouses or factories or even outside (when galvanised).

Ideal for secure enclosure of working areas where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin system.

Mesh or Part Glazed panels are also available, as are drop hatch panels for stores and standard hinged single / double doors and sliding doors.

Standard panel widths are 300mm - 400mm - 500mm - 600mm - 700mm - 800mm - 900mm - 1m - 1.2m x 2.44m - 2.745m - 3.05m high. Filler panels and special sizes are available on request and the panels can be stacked on top of each other for full height compartmentalisation. In a multi-tiered application, it can be used as factory or warehouse division for reasons such as security, dustproofing and environment control.

Other applications include perimeter guarding to automated machinery, robots, conveyors, and for other automated processes.

Heavy duty top capping is used when the panels need to be multi-tiered.

Double skin warehouse, office or factory partitioning offers a versatile, attractive and hardwearing appearance for the working environment.

Metal Double Skin Partitioning provides a good level of sound reduction, are more aesthetically pleasing than single skin panels and can be fire rated.

A number of elevations are available such as - all steel - part glazed - full height glazed in single and double glazed formats (with integral blinds if required).

Doors are available as standard hinged single or double width doors (with or without vision panels) in both steel and Sapele wood finish. Single and double width sliding doors are also available to order.

The partitioning system uses heavy duty H clips to hold the panels together with a coverplates to conceal the vertical wire ways between each panel and metal skirting to conceal the horizontal wire way. Additional linear stability is provided by top cap and steel mullions and pre determined intervals in longer runs.
