Requirements Survey
Our experienced engineer will meet with you to discuss your ideas, requirements and anticipated budget. If necessary, we will take measurements and photos, and, based on our wealth of experience, will offer advice on the options that best meet your needs.
Project Presentation
After the initial survey has been completed, we will prepare and present a detailed quotation complete with computerised drawings, where appropriate. This quotation will summarise your requirements and outline what we believe to be the best solution available within your budget. If these are not quite right first time, we will gladly refine the proposal until you are happy it meets your requirements.
Project Planning
Once our proposal has been accepted, we will work closely with you to draw up a project plan for the work involved, timescales and a final approved layout design.
Project Management
We will ensure you are kept fully informed of the project's progress and any challenges, which may occur from time to time. Any modifications will be incorporated into the Project Plan and dealt with, with the minimum of disruption. Close attention will be paid to your needs at all times, and great care will be taken of your working environment throughout the project.
Installation
All installations will be carried out by one of our teams of professional experienced craftsmen, under the supervision of our Projects Manager and the Sales Engineer. They will liaise with you to ensure the smooth running of your project. As part of our commitment to quality customer care, we will ensure you are fully satisfied with all aspects of our work on completion of the project.
