Light and heavy-duty racking system
The brief
A major commercial vehicle manufacturer needed to update the parts department and trade counter areas of their respective dealers and agents to ensure maximum usage of premium space and to improve customer perception by using corporate branding throughout the outlets.
The solution
The works were phased to cover 9 depots over a twelve-month period and we provided light duty small parts shelving and medium duty racking for the heavier and bulkier items.
We also supplied several 'floor over' racking systems, which used the ground floor shelving as support for an open steel planking decking to be fitted on top. This effectively doubled the available storage area.
We also designed and supplied purpose built trade counters in the corporate colours, decorated the sales areas and added suspended ceilings and new powder coated aluminium shop fronts to most.
